Can I give a 6 star review!? I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at SELF. They took the time to educate me on my service, which I’d never experienced. From the beautiful welcoming esthetic to the brilliant skincare line- so impressive! Definitely my fave new medspa!

Can we take a moment and talk about Quench? In the changing seasons I need a more intense moisturizer, but I hate that heavy goopy feeling. Quench to the rescue! It’s an ultra-luxe moisturizer that’s rich and effective, but leaves my skin feeling light and silky and ready to take on the day.
FAQs
How do I incorporate new products into my skincare routine?
The best way to welcome new products into your skincare routine is to introduce them slowly and one at a time. This gives your skin the chance to get comfy with each new product and helps you pinpoint any potential reactions to a specific one. So, give your skin a good 1-2 weeks to get acquainted with each new product before you bring another one into the mix.
I just started a new product and I’m breaking out.
Purging is entirely normal, though it may feel a bit inconvenient initially. It's a temporary spike in acne that can occur when you start using a new product that speeds up cell turnover, like retinoids or exfoliating acids. This process usually goes on for about 6 to 8 weeks. Although it might seem a bit challenging at first, the payoff is clear, radiant skin. So, hang tight, and remember, it's a phase that leads to better skin health!
Are your products cruelty-free?
