How much is shipping?
We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95 and FREE shipping on orders over $100.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST are processed and shipped the following business day.
How can I change my shipping address?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We're all about lightning-fast shipping so you can get your hands on our awesome products ASAP! The tiny snag is, the moment you hit 'order', our team jumps into action, preparing your package promptly. But here's the thing: if we're already on it, changing your order might be a bit tricky. Shoot us an email to email@example.com with your order number and we’ll try our best to sort things out.
What is the return policy?
We want you to absolutely adore your products! That's why we have a 21-day return policy in place for any items that are new or have been lightly used. If you're not totally smitten with your product, we're on standby to assist you. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and why you'd like to return it. Our team will then get in touch to kick off the return process. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label for your return, and you'll be refunded the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.
Do you offer Exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Definitely! Select ‘in-store pick-up’ at checkout or call us to order via phone.
