At Self Skin Studio, we love bringing our members together for moments of relaxation and connection. Our recent event at E•MOTION Yoga Studio was all about unwinding and resetting.
The event began with a restorative yoga practice and ended with a relaxing sound bath, where the vibrations from the singing bowls filled the space with calming tones. The combination of restorative movement and sound therapy created a space for quiet relaxation.
After the session, Hair Deux provided their Eco-friendly, no-snag, no-break, and built to last hair ties and Superfree Food brought their No Cheese Cheesecake, a dairy-free treat that was both delicious and a perfect way to end the event on a sweet note.
The event was a simple but meaningful reminder that self-care isn’t always about doing more—it’s about taking the time to pause and recharge. We’re grateful to our members who joined us and made it such a special day.
